        Charlotte is a Senior Manager and solicitor based in our London office. She provides immigration advice and support to clients across a range of industries. Charlotte regularly advises global organizations on all applications covered by the UK Immigration Rules, particularly applications under the Points Based System (PBS). She provides strategic immigration advice and support to a range of SMEs, national and multinational corporates, alongside private individuals. Her role involves facilitating immigration solutions to enable clients to achieve their global mobility and business objectives in a commercially efficient and legally robust manner.

        Charlotte currently leads a portfolio of accounts that includes large financial institutions, companies from the IT and media industries, as well as clients from the oil and gas sector. This has included assisting a significant number of clients with obtaining sponsor licenses and providing tactical advice on compliance concerns, right to work checks and implementing immigration solutions for the international mobility of their employees.

        She also has experience of advising private individuals on a range of immigration issues, including settlement, European and nationality applications, as well as the Tier 1 (Investor) category.

        In particular, Charlotte’s practice focuses on visit visas; Points Based System (Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 5); compliance support (including sponsorship licence applications and renewals, and audit advice); indefinite leave to remain; naturalization/registration; and applications under EU regulations.
